About Me

Who am I? I am a wife of nearly 32 years to the man of my dreams. I knew from the moment I met him that he was my husband. Not sure if he knew this too, but he sure feels that way now. I am also a mother and Oma (grandmother). 

I've had many different hobbies since I was a kid. Some of my hobbies include: card making, crocheting, cross stitching, watercolor painting (when I can), tole painting (haven't done this in a long time), and cooking/baking. I also love to teach! 

Not quite 2 years ago I walked into a quilt shop with a friend (I didn't sew, but did love color) and I was hooked with a capital H! I took my first class and I've been off and running ever since. I love it!  

You'll see lots of different things on this blog. I will share my newest handbag creations, crafts, recipes and sometimes crazy rants with you whenever I can. One of my goals is to blog more. Sometimes life just gets too busy.
